My Ferrari same problems because I live at high altitude. (10,000 feet). I had to send back 4 times because it keeps closed. You pay for shipping both ways, and I again and again in a week. The customer service was impressive for the first time. Do not communicate much, but if you call them, they reported the problem and will help you. After finding the problem in a better cooling, and since then has been fine. I love it. The last two timesI returned because the disc was a little "loose. A little push, and immediately recognized. I was sure that if you had not noticed, there have been about to send only two back. But I'm very satisfied . I'm not sure if I have sent him at the end, as some critics a bad experience, but I need to do. Still hot, but not near. I am a Husker fan .. can not beat red, and pull it out for the awesome commentsSecurity at airports. I love my Ferrari!
