The vacuum box was crushed as was every other box in the bag it was shipped in. However rattling could be heard from the bag before we opened it. One of the. Blades on the fan mold broke off and is rattling in the end of the vacuum. Now I can’t get it to turn on period even after fully charging it. Now it’s very possible it’s power related idk just know it’s broken and not satisfactory
